Every room ready when the meeting starts.

We plan, design, install and support AV for enterprise teams, from one boardroom to a standard for every location.

Four ways we keep your rooms working

From the first floor plan to everyday support, one team carries your audio-visual systems through every stage, in every room you run.

AV consulting

Strategy before hardware.

We evaluate, plan and design your systems before anything is bought or installed. Unbiased advice keeps IT, facilities and leadership aligned and avoids over-specification, rework and wasted budget. Already mid-project? We can step in for a second opinion.

Workspace solutions

Rooms designed around how your teams meet.

Integrated AV for meeting rooms, hybrid collaboration spaces and shared environments: clear audio, smart video framing and platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, built to scale with your headcount, rooms and locations.

Managed AV services

Support that stays after the install.

Proactive monitoring, remote and on-site support, software updates, system health checks and user training, tailored to each client. We support systems we did not install, across multiple sites and global teams.

A partner, not a box vendor.

For more than 20 years, AV‑Tech Media Solutions has worked with enterprise clients, alongside the CIOs, IT directors and workplace leaders who own the rooms. The approach has not changed.

Our promise

We Got You.

It grew out of our own team’s culture, and it is still the standard we hold ourselves to with every client.

  • Illustration: a planning table with a floor plan.

    Strategy comes first

We start with how your people meet and what each room is for, then choose the equipment. Nothing goes in that the room does not need.

  • Illustration: three identical meeting rooms in a row.

    One standard, every location

Room standards that hold across floors, offices and regions, so a meeting works the same way wherever it starts.

  • Illustration: a support desk with a monitor, a headset and an equipment rack.

    Support that stays

Maintenance, user training, system upgrades and a phone call when there is a problem. The work continues long after the install.

Long partnerships. Quick turnarounds.

Two stories from our public case studies, told in plain facts.

Chick‑fil‑A

A long-term partner at the Support Center

  • Partner since 2004
  • Support Center campus
  • Zoom and Teams rooms

AV‑Tech has been Chick‑fil‑A’s AV partner since 2004, providing strategic consultation, engineering, implementation and continuous on-site support at its corporate Support Center, a campus just south of Atlanta. From 2008, Chick‑fil‑A invested in systems designed, engineered and maintained by AV‑Tech to connect employees and restaurant operators across locations. That foundation let it plan for hybrid work with AV‑Tech’s guidance, including meeting rooms that support multiple platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Two weeks

Hancock Askew & Co. LLP

Outdated rooms, refreshed in a fortnight

  • Every conference room reviewed
  • Two weeks
  • One full day of training

For accounting firm Hancock Askew & Co. LLP, AV‑Tech reviewed every conference room, then updated several of them within two weeks, including one full day of training. A break room became conference-capable with a camera, speakers, an integrated soundbar and a large display. Sound-masking tiles cut noise from hard ceilings and glass walls, and new cameras, displays, microphones, phones and soundbars made virtual meetings easier to join and to hear.

Four steps, from first conversation to everyday support

A clear sequence built for enterprise complexity, so the leaders managing a high-stakes rollout always know what comes next.
